About Ortho-Bionomy Care
Sara Spehar, Advanced Practitioner and Registered Instructor of Ortho-Bionomy.
She has been studying bodywork since 2004 and OB since 2007. She loves Ortho-Bionomy for its gentle yet effective approach to helping the body to find harmony in all of its systems and in the layers of living in a healthy organism.
Ortho-Bionomy is a Principle-based practice, and through this, she has healed physically, mentally, and emotionally and added ease and comfort to her life. It is such a blessing to be able to share such a gift with others. Sara maintains a full-time practice in Grand Junction and teaches part-time with the Rocky Mountian Ortho-Bionomy Center.
